1. About this policy

This Privacy Policy describes the categories of information that may be processed when someone uses the ChoosePelora concept website, why that information may be processed and the choices available to visitors. The named contact details and studio location are illustrative.

2. Information submitted through forms

The contact form asks for a name, email address, subject, message and privacy consent. The newsletter demonstration asks for an email address and consent. In this static edition, both forms run only in the visitor’s browser. They display a simulated response and do not transmit, store or send the entered information.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information, payment details, identity documents, health information, gambling information or confidential business material.

3. Technical data

A hosting provider or reverse proxy may process standard technical data necessary to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested URL, timestamp, referring page and diagnostic logs. Such processing may be necessary for security, reliability and abuse prevention.

4. Cookies and local storage

This website does not currently install analytics or advertising cookies. It stores a local preference recording whether you accepted all cookies, selected essential-only storage or rejected non-essential cookies. Essential interface preferences may also be stored locally. No non-essential analytics should be loaded unless a future implementation obtains valid consent first.

Demonstration form submissions are not intended to be retained in an application database.

7. Security

The project uses browser-side input validation, a honeypot field, length limits and a no-secrets approach. The hosting account should add the recommended security headers documented with the upload package. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and a real deployment should maintain dependencies, configure transport security and review its hosting controls.

8. Third-party services

The site may be hosted through a content delivery network or modern hosting platform. Those providers may process technical data under their own terms. No advertising network, gambling service, payment processor or mailing provider is integrated into this demonstration.

9. Your rights

Depending on location, visitors may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; receive portable data; and complain to a supervisory authority. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions. Since the listed contact channel is illustrative, a production owner must provide an operational privacy contact before collecting personal information.

10. Children’s privacy

This website is a design demonstration for a general audience and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly seek information from children. Do not submit a child’s information through the forms.

11. International visitors

Technical data may be processed in countries where hosting infrastructure operates. A production deployment should identify relevant transfer mechanisms and locations based on its actual providers rather than relying on this general statement.
