Accessibility Statement

Last updated 23 July 2026

ChoosePelora is a fictional demonstration website. The project aims to follow WCAG-oriented best practices while avoiding claims of formal certification.

Our approach

We want the ChoosePelora concept to be usable by as many people as possible, regardless of technology, environment or ability. Accessibility is considered in structure, typography, contrast, interaction and content — not treated as a final decorative layer.

Measures included

Browser and assistive technology support

The project is built with current semantic web standards and is intended to work with modern browsers, keyboard navigation and contemporary screen readers. Exact behaviour may vary by operating system, browser and assistive technology combination.

Known considerations

The cinematic imagery is visually detailed, but essential meaning is communicated in text. The cookie notice requests focus when first shown and presents equivalent accept, essential-only and reject choices. Social references in the footer are explicitly inert placeholders, not broken external links.

Feedback

If you encounter an accessibility barrier in this demonstration, use the contact form or the illustrative address [email protected]. This address uses the reserved .example domain and is not represented as an operational support channel.

Continuous improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing practice. Future changes should be tested with automated checks, keyboard-only navigation, zoom and representative assistive technologies. Any production owner should establish a real feedback process and document remediation timelines.
